To support our continued growth, we are looking for a driven sales agent for Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, and Finland)
Role description
As an independent sales agent, you will be responsible for representing Silk-ka within your exclusive territory: Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, and Finland).
You will operate as an entrepreneur and work on a commission basis.
Key responsibilities

- Actively approach and expand the customer base within the following segments:
- Retail (florists, garden centres, home & living stores, concept stores)
- Project market (interior projects, hospitality, offices etc.)
- Wholesalers
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
- Present collections and advise customers
- Identify market developments and commercial opportunities
- Achieve agreed sales targets
- Actively approach and expand the customer base within the following segments:
Profile
We are looking for an independent and commercially driven professional who:
- Has experience as a sales agent / representative (preferably in interior, lifestyle, or decoration)
- Has an existing network within retail, home décor and/or the project market
- Is entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-orientated
- Works independly and represets multiple brands (principals)
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has an affinity with design and interiors
